J. Michael Inman (Georgia, S. Alabama & The Florida Panhandle) - Mike came to the agency in 1988 from the University of Georgia and the banking industry.  Since that time he has established himself as both knowledgeable and responsible with our customers and our manufacturers.  He also has demonstrated a mechanical aptitude and is called on constantly for field assistance on the agency’s product lines.  Mike continues his sales responsibility throughout the territory in addition to his managerial duties as President of the agency.  He lives in McDonough, Georgia with his wife, Cassie, and three children.

Savannah Zimmerman (Office & Warehouse) - Savannah joined the agency in 2021 right before she graduated from Southern Crescent Technical College in Griffin Georgia. She holds a degree in accounting. Savannah is married to Nick Zimmerman and lives in Hampton, Georgia. She is the Mother of young Maverick, who likes to keep her company in the office. Savannah enjoys motherhood, traveling and visiting with her family. She handles the office for I & A as well as accounting duties for USSI. Savannah represents the Third Generation for Inman & Associates, as she is Mike’s daughter and Bob’s grand daughter.

Joel Gibson (N. Alabama & Tennessee) - Joel started with the company in June 2025. Before coming on at Inman & Associates, he was the principal at Brooklane Baptist Academy in Hueytown, AL. He also served in the U.S. Army as an artilleryman from 2010-2014, during which time he completed one combat tour to Afghanistan. He holds a B.A. from Leavell College and an M.Ed. from Liberty University. For recreation, Joel enjoys reading, eating good food, golfing, watching Alabama football, and spending time with his wife, Kelsie, and four kids. Joel brings a wealth of knowledge in organizational management and is committed to building strong relationships, providing first-rate customer service, and growing the territory in Alabama and Tennessee.

Founder

Robert E. Inman (Retired Founder) - Bob, who retired in 2008, had a long career in sales, starting in the heating and air conditioning industry with a distributor and later with a manufacturers’ representative agency.  He sold airplanes for Beechcraft and was a pilot for the Atlanta Falcons NFL football team.  He founded the agency in 1980 after serving for several years as Sales Engineer for a major industrial manufacturer and as Territory Manager for one of the premier waterworks brass manufacturers.  His commitment to establishing a good working relationship between the manufacturer and the customer resulted in a reputation for fair and efficient service throughout the industry, which remains the basic philosophy of the agency.
